Engineering properties of commercial patch repair mortars
Results & Analysis
After conducting the various experimental testing on the different products, key engineering properties for each product were identified.

The cementitious mortars, CM1, CM2 and CM3, achieved the highest compressive and tensile strengths. However, they experienced the highest degree of drying shrinkage.

The product that experienced the lowest degree of free drying shrinkage was the PM, this attribute was further confirmed with the results from the Ring test where PM cracked after the longest period.
