Free drying shrinkage results
After conducting the experimental procedures the following resuts were obtained:
-
CM2 & CM1 experienced the highest degree of free drying shrinkage, despite having "shrinkage compensating properties".
-
CM3 experienced the lowest degree of free drying shrinkage, living up to its "shrinkage compensating properties".
-
The results highlight the direct relationship between ammount of water added and degree of shrinkage.
